From order to doorstep
Every order follows the same path, so you always know where your package stands.
1. Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing time is shown at checkout.
2. Carrier handoff
Once dispatched, your parcel is handed to a carrier, who takes over transit to your address.
3. Tracking notification
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, so you can follow it.
4. Delivery estimate
Delivery windows vary by destination and carrier. Estimates are provided at checkout and on your tracking page.
Returns
Eligibility and refunds
Items may be returned within the return window stated on the product page, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact support with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are handled through support so the issue can be resolved quickly.
